Buying Safely

Before purchasing a product, take time to understand what is being offered and who you are dealing with.

• Check available seller information and reviews.
• Confirm the price and product availability.
• Ask the seller questions when important information is unclear.
• Confirm delivery, return, warranty, and other applicable conditions.
• Be cautious when a deal appears unusually attractive or creates unnecessary pressure to pay immediately.

Seller Trust

LinkTrust may review seller applications and information before allowing sellers to operate on the platform.

However, seller approval or presence on LinkTrust should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every product, transaction, statement, or service provided by that seller is genuine or satisfactory.

Buyers should continue to verify important information before making a purchase.

Product Authenticity

LinkTrust aims to provide useful product and seller information, but product authenticity can depend on information supplied by sellers and other sources.

If authenticity is important to your purchase, ask the seller for appropriate evidence, documentation, warranty information, or other relevant details before buying.

If you believe a product listing contains misleading or suspicious information, you can report it to LinkTrust.

Reviews and Ratings

Reviews can help users understand other people's experiences, but they should be considered alongside other available information.

Do not assume that every review represents the experience of every buyer. Look for consistent patterns, relevant details, and genuine experiences when evaluating reviews.

LinkTrust may review or remove content that violates its Review Guidelines, including fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or inappropriate content.

Payments and Transactions

Always understand who you are paying, what you are paying for, and the conditions attached to the transaction.

• Verify payment details before sending money.
• Avoid sending money to unexpected or unverified payment accounts.
• Be cautious of requests for unusual payment methods.
• Keep transaction records, receipts, and relevant communication.
• Never share passwords, PINs, verification codes, or other sensitive security credentials.

LinkTrust does not automatically guarantee transactions between buyers and sellers.

Protect Your Personal Information

Only provide information that is necessary for the interaction or transaction you are carrying out.

Never publicly post passwords, banking credentials, payment PINs, identity documents, or other sensitive information in reviews, comments, or other public areas.

Be cautious when someone asks for information that does not appear necessary for the transaction.

Watch for Suspicious Activity

Be particularly careful when dealing with activity that appears unusual, misleading, or designed to create pressure.

• Requests for urgent payment without reasonable explanation.
• Offers that appear significantly different from normal market conditions.
• Requests to move a transaction to an unrelated platform without a clear reason.
• Requests for passwords, PINs, verification codes, or other security credentials.
• Seller information that appears inconsistent or suspicious.
• Product claims that cannot reasonably be verified.

Reporting a Problem

If you encounter suspicious activity, misleading information, a problematic seller, inappropriate review, or another issue, report it to LinkTrust.

Provide as much useful information as possible, including the relevant product, seller, account, communication, or transaction details.

Reports help us investigate potential problems and take appropriate action where necessary.

If Something Goes Wrong

If you believe you have been misled, defrauded, or otherwise harmed during an interaction with a seller, take action as soon as possible.

• Keep receipts, messages, screenshots, and other relevant evidence.
• Contact the seller where appropriate.
• Report the issue to LinkTrust.
• Contact your payment provider if a payment dispute may be involved.
• Contact the appropriate authorities where you believe a crime or serious unlawful activity has occurred.

What LinkTrust Can Do

Depending on the circumstances, LinkTrust may review reports, request additional information, restrict content, suspend accounts, remove listings, or take other appropriate platform action.

Action may depend on the information available to us and the seriousness of the reported issue.

A report does not automatically mean that a seller, product, or user has violated a rule. LinkTrust may need to investigate before making a decision.

LinkTrust's Role

LinkTrust provides a platform for discovering products, reviewing information, and finding sellers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, LinkTrust is not the seller of products displayed by independent sellers and does not automatically control the terms of transactions between buyers and sellers.

Users remain responsible for making appropriate checks and decisions before completing transactions.
