About LinkTrust

LinkTrust is a product discovery and review platform designed to help users discover products, explore information, read reviews, compare available options, and find sellers.

LinkTrust may provide information about products and sellers, but the platform does not automatically become a party to transactions or agreements between buyers and sellers.

Information displayed on LinkTrust may originate from sellers, users, or other sources. Users should evaluate important information independently before making a purchasing decision.

Using LinkTrust

You agree to use LinkTrust only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the platform.

You must not:

• Use LinkTrust for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or platform infrastructure.
• Introduce malicious software, harmful code, or other technologies intended to disrupt the platform.
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit platform content without appropriate authorization.
• Impersonate another person, business, seller, or organization.
• Use LinkTrust to distribute misleading, abusive, offensive, or unlawful content.

Accounts

Certain LinkTrust features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you can reasonably demonstrate that the activity occurred without your authorization.

LinkTrust may restrict, suspend, or deactivate accounts where there is a reasonable basis to believe that an account has violated these Terms, applicable policies, or applicable law.

Product Information

Product information on LinkTrust may include descriptions, images, prices, specifications, availability, seller information, and other details.

Some information may be submitted or maintained by sellers or other users. LinkTrust does not guarantee that every piece of information displayed on the platform will always be complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Buyers should confirm important details, including price, availability, product condition, authenticity, delivery, warranty, and other purchasing terms directly with the seller before completing a transaction.

Sellers

Sellers using LinkTrust must provide accurate information about themselves, their business, products, and services.

Seller approval or visibility on LinkTrust does not mean that LinkTrust guarantees the seller, product, transaction, quality, authenticity, or performance of any product or service.

Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, consumer requirements, product standards, and their own obligations to buyers.

Purchases and Transactions

LinkTrust primarily provides product discovery and seller information. Unless expressly stated otherwise, LinkTrust does not directly complete the transaction between a buyer and seller.

Where a buyer chooses to purchase a product from a seller, the transaction is generally between the buyer and seller.

Users should carefully review the seller's terms, payment instructions, delivery arrangements, return policies, warranties, and other conditions before purchasing.

LinkTrust does not guarantee that a transaction will be completed successfully or that a seller will fulfil every representation or obligation.

Reviews and Ratings

Reviews and ratings are intended to help users share genuine experiences and make more informed decisions.

Reviews must be truthful, relevant, and based on an actual experience. Users must not submit fabricated, misleading, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or intentionally manipulative reviews.

LinkTrust may review, restrict, edit where appropriate, or remove reviews that violate our policies or applicable requirements.

User Content

Users may have opportunities to submit reviews, comments, reports, images, product information, or other content.

You remain responsible for the content you submit and must have the necessary rights or permission to submit that content.

By submitting content to LinkTrust, you grant LinkTrust permission to use, display, reproduce, store, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the platform, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential information, passwords, financial information, or unnecessary personal information through public areas of the platform.

Reports and Complaints

Users can report products, sellers, reviews, accounts, or other activity that they believe violates LinkTrust policies or creates a safety concern.

LinkTrust may investigate reports and request additional information where necessary.

Submitting a report does not guarantee that LinkTrust will take a particular action. Decisions may depend on the available evidence, seriousness of the issue, applicable policies, and other relevant circumstances.

Prohibited Activities

To protect the LinkTrust community, the following activities are prohibited:

• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others.
• Manipulating reviews, ratings, or product information.
• Uploading malicious software or attempting to disrupt LinkTrust systems.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Using LinkTrust to facilitate illegal transactions or activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Providing deliberately false information to LinkTrust.

Intellectual Property

LinkTrust and its associated materials, including its branding, design, software, text, graphics, logos, and other original content, may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use LinkTrust for its intended purposes, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit LinkTrust intellectual property without appropriate authorization.

Product names, trademarks, logos, and other materials belonging to sellers or third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party services operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, and requirements.
